613u.com presents our new weekly feature by Joe Random "Fantasy Football Likes & "Diss" Check here each week before you must make those difficult lineup decisions. See which players J.R. thinks will "Trick" you, and which will "Treat" you, during this spooky week 8 NFL schedule
With Halloween right around the corner another week of "likes' and "diss likes" is here scarier then ever with six teams on a bye. While all the kids are getting excited for the sugar rush there about to experience for the next couple of weeks your scrambling in your head trying to figure out who you should start and sit this week. I'm hoping my fantasy advice makes those tough decisions a little easier.
This weeks byes are the Chicago Bears, Tennissee Titans, Indyapolis Colts, San-Diego Chargers, Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans.
Quarterbacks i "like" in week 8
Alex Smith, Cheifs: Alex doesn't turn the ball over, Hes playing the Bills and averages more fantasy points then Brady, Keapernick and RG3. With six teams on byes hes a top ten quarterback this week.
Philip Rivers, Chargers: Going up against the awful Redskins passing defense look for rivers to be a top 5 fantasy quarterback this week. Rivers has a touchdown in 11 straight games.
Terrelle Pryor, Raiders: With the ability to run the ball Pryor should be able to put up a decent enough day to fill in for say a Manning or Stafford. I have him filling in for Keapernick in one of my two leagues so "lets go Pryor"
Jake Locker, Titans: Locker has at least 17 fantasy points in his last three starts
Quarterbacks i "diss like" in week 8
Tom Brady, Patriots: Ok so here we go guys, TOM BRADY? at first, i thought eventually the Patriots offense would turn it around at some point but going into week 9 we are still waiting for that Brady we all know. With his receivers not getting open or dropping passes its been a very frustrating season for Brady. He only has 2 touchdowns in his last 4 games and hes facing a Steelers defense who has given up the least amount of touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks. I would almost sit him till he can show us hes fantasy worthy again.
Eddie Lacy, Packers: Lacy leads the league in carries and rushing yards since his return in week 5. Hes going up against Chicago who's defense has given up the most fantasy points to opposing running backs since week 5.
Le'Veon Bell, Steelers: Since the injuries to Vince Wilfork and Jarrod Mayo the Patriots defense hasn't been able to stop the run. Bell gets his carries mostly between the tackles (69 percent) and only the Jaguars have allowed more rushing yards between the tackles than New England.
Other Mentions:
Running backs i "diss like" in week 8
Darren Sproles, Saints: Did you see the game last week? if not, he didn't have one running play and ended up with 4 catches for zero yards!. Going up against a good Jets defense who have only allowed one receiving touchdown to opposing running backs.
Steven Jackson, Falcons: He doesn't look good at all, hes going up against the Panthers defense who have allowed the fewest rushing yards in the league.
Other Mentions:
Chris Johnson, Titans: Still the same thing every week its almost a given now.
Wide Receivers i "like" in week 8
T.Y. Hilton, Colts: Coming of a bye week the Colts should come out ready to go against a struggling Houston team all around look for T.Y. to benefit from this situation.
Jarrett Boykins, Packers: Boykins is legit, he has the ability to make big plays. With Arron Rogers throwing to him he has great upside, not to mention Minnesota is ranked 29th versus the pass. Jones and Finley could be out as well i really "LIKE" him this week.
Other Mentions:
Terrance Williams, Cowboys: A touchdown in three straight games.
Wide Receivers i "diss like" in week 8
Dwayne Bowe, Chiefs: This is usually the case with Bowe on a weekly basis so this is a no brainer hes going up against JOE HADEN. DON'T DO IT.
Donariius Moore, Raiders: Three scores in four games but hes matched up against Ike Taylor and Pittsburg's defense is good.
Any New England wide receiver's: Lets face it Brady and the Pats offense has been struggling and going up against the only team to not allow a touchdown to a wide receiver this year doesn't boast well for them.
Tight Ends i "like" in week 8
Tony Gonzalez, Falcons: The Cardinals give up the most points to opposing tight ends in fantasy. Only Jordan Cameron gets more end zone targets then Gonzalez. Look for a big game from the vet.
Jordan Reed, Redskins: Facing Denver RG3 will have to throw the ball and Reed should benefit from this. Denver is bottom five in giving up fantasy points to tight ends.
Heath Miller, Steelers: He has 70 yards or a score in his last three games.
Joseph Fouria, Lions: Hes a legit end zone threat.
Tight Ends i "diss like" in week 8
Jared Cook, Rams: Averaging fewer then 35 yards a game since week two he should not be owned in any standard fantasy leagues.
Brandon Myers, Giants: Stop it already!. He just shouldn't be owned.
Defense's i "like" in week 8
Philidelphia Eagles: Going up against Eli Manning!.
Pittsburg Steelers: Oakland's offense isn't exactly scary.
Green Bay Packers: Minnesota has a lot of problems on there offense look for the Packers defense to capitalize.
Defense s i diss like in week 8
Cleveland Browns: Alex Smith just doesnt turn the ball over.
Buffalo Bills: Going up against New Orleans Buffalo will have a hard time keeping them out of the end zone.
Any defense that goes up against Denver!.
Happy Halloween everyone! Be sure to check back each week for my LIKES and DISS LIKES!.

Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers: I had Big Ben and Brady last week on my "likes" and "diss likes" last week and no different this week. Patriots defense has only given up two touchdowns once this season, the way to beat the Patriots is run.
Joe Flacco, Ravens: With all that money invested in Flacco the ravens thought they had there future quarterback and so far hes been not that, but a below average quarterback with 8 touchdowns and 8 interceptions hes up against a good Browns defense hes not even a fill in this week.
Running backs i "like" in week 8
Danny Woodhead, Chargers: Going up against the Redskins awful defense Woodhead has great upside this week in the passing game. He has 4 touchdowns in his last 4 game.
